Sustaining an ECHO Hub requires intentional actions that involves engaging champions, demonstrating impact, and securing funding.
The Hub Sustainability series is an ECHO program designed for ECHO hubs to learn from each other, share tools and resources, and collectively work through the challenges of sustaining an ECHO hub. The ECHO series offered in partnership with the West Virginia Clinical and Translational Science Institute (WVCTSI) ECHO superhub and Diffusion Associates.
This Hub Sustainability ECHO series is a comprised of 10 bi-weekly sessions. Each 90-minute session includes:
Between sessions, participating will work on components of a strategic sustainability plan. Additional support is available through individual coaching sessions and group office hours.
Prerequisite
Hubs must have at least one year of experience in implementing ECHO programming prior to participating.
Space is limited
Each cohort is limited to no more than 15 hubs and no more than 2 participants per hub.
