Director of Operations

Kanika Mittal, M.S., is the Director of Operations for ECHO-Chicago. A trained Indian classical dancer, Kanika can be found trying out new dance forms or enjoying the delicious restaurants Chicago has to offer— when she’s not making sure everything runs smoothly for our ECHO participants, facilitators, and staff while continuing to help the program grow! She holds a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from Northwestern University with a focus in computational modelling, a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology in Surat, India and a Project Management for Professionals certification from School of Professional Studies, Northwestern University. Prior to joining the ECHO-Chicago team, Kanika was Research Data Manager on the HealthLNK team at Feinberg School of Medicine, Northwestern University and was a member of the Northwestern University team working on HepCCATT. Here at ECHO-Chicago, Kanika loves the impact this program has on the people and community ultimately reducing disparities and providing better access to care.
